Tell us what you think!
As the State's peak environment group, we represent our members and supporters, so it is crucial that we find out what interests you and what your biggest concerns are. By completing our 2010 supporter environment survey you will be helping us to represent you more effectively in these critical times for WA's precious environment. The survey contains 14 questions and should take about 10 minutes to complete.

The Conservation Council of WA Conservation Awards

The Conservation Council of WA (CCWA) Conservation Awards acknowledge individuals and groups in the community who have demonstrated a long-term commitment to the Western Australian environment.

These awards are about rewarding those people in the environment movement whose passion and dedication have contributed to the protection of our precious environment. They are our conservation heroes.

CCWA specifically encourages nominations from the Council’s affiliated groups and their members, and applicants who have had the courage to challenge existing policies, institutions and decision-makers to achieve greater protection of the environment.

The Conservation Awards have four nomination categories including:

The Len Howard Community Group Conservation Award
The John Oldham Conservation Employee Award
The Young Environmentalist Award
The Conservation Council of WA Honours List

Nominations for 2009 have closed.  Nominations for the 2010 award will open in November 2009.
